At Nivaaro Gifts, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Replacement Policy

We offer a replacement in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Product received is defective
• Wrong product delivered

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of:

  • The product received
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Return Policy

As our products are carefully packed and shipped, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Personal preferences after delivery

Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • A replacement is not available for a damaged or defective product
  • An incorrect item was delivered and replacement is unavailable
  • The order is cancelled before shipment

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements may not be approved in the following cases:

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Minor color or appearance variations caused by photography, screen settings, or natural wood characteristics
  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
